These breathing practices strengthen the health of our respiratory and digestive systems, which play a major role on our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This results in also calming the mind and preparing us for the advanced Pranayama.

This Science of Yogic Practices brings a balance in our Nervous system and Endocrine System which is most important for achieving optimim functioning of the body-brain system resulting in Holistic Health. Breath is the bridge between the body and mind; The two-day workshop will highlight the knowledge and techniques of this important tool that we are blessed with.
